Shipping and Payment
A. PAYMENT
We offer you the following payment options:
1. Prepayment via bank transfer

7. Cash on delivery (available after order completion)
B. SHIPPING
Shipping is carried out by DHL. We generally only ship to the countries selectable during registration. If you would like shipping to another country, please email us at
info@agfashion.de and provide the item, quantity, delivery address including country, and postal code. We will quickly inform you whether we can ship to the desired country and, if applicable, provide the shipping costs, as we need to check with our shipping partner in advance.
DHL Express:
If all items in your cart are immediately available from stock, you can choose express shipping. Orders placed and confirmed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) by 1 PM will be delivered the next business day. Please note that this does not apply to the "Prepayment" payment method, as shipping will only take place after receipt of payment.
Example:
If you place an order with DHL Express by Monday at 1 PM, you will receive your package on Tuesday. If you place your order by Friday at 1 PM, delivery will be on Monday.
C. SHIPPING COSTS
I. Shipping within Germany:
For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of 3.90 EUR. There is no island surcharge for German islands. From an order value of 40.00 EUR, standard shipping is free of charge.
For express shipping, we charge 17.90 EUR. If you wish for delivery by 12 PM, the shipping fee is 24.90 EUR.
II. International Shipping:
For shipping within Europe, we charge a flat rate of 9.90 EUR. Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., in the case of intra-community acquisition) and/or charges, such as customs duties, may apply, which you must bear. Every shipment to Switzerland from abroad is subject to customs and VAT. In postal traffic, the customer is considered the importer and is obligated to pay the applicable amounts. These charges are collected by the Swiss Post upon delivery. For more details, please visit the website of the Swiss Federal Customs Administration.

Our German shipping costs apply plus a small fee (https://meineinkauf.ch/preise/) from MeinEinkauf.ch. The delivery times to MeinEinkauf.ch are the same as those listed above for Germany. D. DELIVERY TIMES
I. Domestic delivery time:
The delivery time is one to two business days. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If an item is exceptionally out of stock or not immediately available, and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.
II. International delivery time:
The delivery time for a package is five to seven business days. No deliveries are made on (Saturdays,) Sundays, or public holidays. If an item is exceptionally out of stock or not immediately available, and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.
III. Information on delivery times
If you order multiple items with different delivery times within one order, we will ship the goods together unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment is based on the item in your order with the longest delivery time.
IV. Information on calculating the delivery date
The period for delivery begins, in the case of prepayment, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank, or for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the expiration of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized at the delivery location, the next business day takes its place.
