Would you like to return an item or an order to us? No problem.

We want every step of your order process to be as simple as possible. That's why we have made the online return process very easy for you:

On the order overview page, you can initiate your return from Germany:
Go to the menu: "Orders"

Click on "Return" for the respective order. You can then easily create your return.

DHL will print the return label for you.
Show the QR code on your smartphone at a branch, a parcel shop, to your delivery person, or at a DHL Packstation.  This return label costs €3.90. Please note that this option is only available for a German address.

You can also return your package to us using the following method:

Send the package to agFashion.de GmbH, Weißkopfstr. 25, DE-86343 Königsbrunn

Please note that you are responsible for the value of the package until it reaches us. Make sure the product is carefully and securely packed. Keep the tracking number and the receipt safe until we have processed your refund.

The receipt serves as proof that you have sent the package back to us.

Regardless of how you exercise your right of withdrawal, you bear the cost of returning the goods.

Please remove the old shipping label and barcodes beforehand.

Once we receive your package, the return will be processed within 1-2 days. You will receive an email as soon as the processing is complete.

Once the return has arrived at our facility, we will inspect the goods within 2 working days, book them in, and refund the paid amount. The refund will be processed automatically and always via the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you paid by cash on delivery, please include your bank details in the package.

If you purchased on account, you will receive an email with confirmation and the updated invoice amount after we receive your return.

We are happy to credit the balance towards a new order.
